Dr. Shems is a consummate professional with a warm, caring demeanor. This is impressive given her busy practice and high level of expertise. She actually makes you feel as if you are the only person that matters when you are with her, in her practice. Her staff are a complement to the practice and positive proof of the trickle-down effect. I could not recommend Dr. Shems more highly. Our daughter still regards and remembers her with great fondness.

About Front Desk: Especially kind, caring and warmly regarding each person who enters. First impressions are so important but more, the rest of the practice experience reinforces and even exceeds the first impression.
