It was my first and list visit to Progressive Dental, Dr. Ellen Lim. She was SO rude, and completely lack in customer service skills. Her whiting techniques is a scheme and I would not recommend it to anyone. So please do not waste your time nor money.
Rude/poor customer service---I was unhappy with my teeth whiting. She took the minor and keep yelling at me to look in the mirror at my teeth. I explained to her there was no difference in my teeth prior to her exam and “magical teeth whiting”. She yelled at me “I have a trained eye”. She then called her dental assistant and office clerk to show them my teeth. She ask me what could she do to make me happy. I ask her to please redo…She yelled NO. At that time, I thought something was really wrong with her. There is something wrong with her...She is unprofessional, rude and lack in customer service
