The new billing secretary is very rude. She was not helpful in explaining why I was all of the sudden being billed for a flouride that my insurance did not cover. The previous biller was overiding the fee. The new secretary did not waive the fee and started using my copays for other services to cover this fee. All of the sudden I had a $100 bill for services that I was not aware of. When I called to ask for an explanation she was not helpful at all and told me that I had taken my 5 year old son for 2 cleaning within 3 months. Why I would do that, I have no idea!!!!!! Dr Lindi is a great dentist, she should work on customer service.
