I wanted to have invisalgn to correct teeth spacing.
The clinic took $500 of my money before giving me a contract.
Six weeks after taking $500 I started calling to ask for an update on my dental work. They did not return phone calls during that 6 week period. The braces came in no one called.
When the contract/ invisalign pictures came back they told me that the contracted amount maybe different at the end of the treatment and I would have to pay more money, although I already had a contracted price.
When you call the office they do not call back
Some of the office staff can be sarcastic and argumentative
I asked to speak to Van Brown to place a complaint at least 4x. He does not call back
The office manager instead of trying to resolve the situation argues to justify the clinics lack of management and protocol.
When I was there the end of August 2010, a male stood at the counter and complained that they had performed a root canal on the wrong tooth. One of the receptionists behind the counter didn't understand why customers would be upset with these kinds of issue. She sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes stating I do not know what the problem is!
