Some of the dentists in his clinic are excellent (eg. Dr. Reddy, endodontist), but Dr. Mark is rather sloppy. He is pleasant & well-mannered, but the simple filling he did came off TWICE with just a little flossing. I've also been having pain under the crown that was put in after a root canal,and have already consulted him THREE times on this (I am suspecting that the root canal failed), but he has not taken my complaints seriously and just adjusted the crown by scraping it! Every time, he tells me to wait a few days and come back to him if I still have a problem, and I always have to return. I have now given up on him and am looking for a new dentist. Dr Mark is also clumsy and he splashes your face with dirty water every time he does a little drilling.
