They have some good orthodontists and hygeniests, however, Dr. Mark does poor job on my molar fillings. The filling came out three times and finally he said I didn't have to come back if it happened again. How am I supposed to eat without the filling?
They take too many appointments and the doctor treat patients like numbers. 1, 2, 3, next!
The staffs are not cooperative in talking about payment and insurance.
I got feeling that they are money hungry.
Their price is about 150% of the average.
One time I had a procedure done, because they told me it would be coverd by my insurance. Actually it wasn't. I had to pay the whole amount out of pocket.
They don't care as long as THEY get paid.
I checked this site, because I'm not happy with Dr. Mark.
