Dr.Mozaffari is friendly, patient, a good listener and has a good sense of humor; he openly and clearly presents the problems and the possible methods of treatment. He is an expert in his field and imaginative in finding the best possible solution in a given situation.
He examines the teeth while he also does the cleaning. In his treatment, he is extremely sensitive; I never felt any pain, yet I also never felt any of the anesthetics after leaving the office. During a root canal treatment, I actually dozed off while he carefully and thoroughly cleaned the canal.
He waits for the insurance to make their payment before expecting any money from the patient. He will also call the insurance if he disagrees with their assessment.
His scheduling is such that here is rarely any waiting time (or maybe I was just lucky), and his employees could not be nicer.
