Drs. Bob & Brenda Bertsch are wonderful. They are a caring and knowledgable husband-wife dentistry team. They are interested in each of their patients in a warm and personal way. All of our procedures - whether regular cleanings, cavity fillings, crowns, root canals (I have notoriously weak teeth- have been excellent.
I tend to be a "baby" about dental procedures, and Drs. Bertsch have always made sure I am comfortable and feeling no pain... even to stop mid-procedure and administer more novocaine if needed.
The hygienists and front desk gals have been friendly and professional. They have been very knowledgable about our insurance plan and have made it so easy for us to pay our part.
All in all, I recommend these 2 to everyone looking for a new dentist. They're amazing!
