Dr. Elkjer is a wonderful man, very competent. If he tells you to go to a particular specialist, choose the one he is specifying, as that will be a doctor of equal skill, painlessness AND caring consideration. I learned that the hard way, and now will ONLY take Dr. E's first choice referrals. He is a calm, funny, quiet man. It is a family atmosphere with stable, small staff. He is quite good at his work, and you do not feel you are funding a fancy operation and luxury lifestyle. You feel you are paying an honest man reasonable money for top notch work. They always try to figure out the most cost-effective way to get all of your health needs met. Can't say enough how glad I am to find him.

About Hygienist: Because of the extreme sensitivity of my dental condition, I've been unable to complete a hygienist visit. This is also a positive about Dr. E - he numbs me and does my cleanings. We hope to reach gum health that puts me in this chair instead.
