I am the biggest chicken when it comes to dental work and dr. Shaaban has helped me in everyway with his calm and understanding demeanor. we have been seeing hm for over 20 years, though i have a multitude of dental issues, my children have nearly perfect teeth because of the holistic approach he brings to dental care. he never pressures me into dental work, instead leaving it up to me to have it done a little bit at a time as i can mentally afford it. he offers pain medication and gas without questioning that i need it. he has had the same office staff since we started seeing him, many years ago. i think that says something for a dentist. also, we are less nervous when we see the same faces there each visit. I really have a hard time knowing/comparing pricing - as i would never go anywhere else - for any price. .. His office staff often juggles more than one insurance for my kids. he answers pages quickly. He always calls you at home on the evening of a major procedure to check up on you.
