Dr. Hess's staff is wonderful but he isn't the nicest professional you'll run into. Poor chair-side manners. Overall, for general cleanings his practice is fantastic - but any advanced procedure I had had issues/complications.
About Hygienist: All of Dr. Hess's hygenists are fantastic.
