Dr. Potter was recommended to me as one of the best dentist in San Francisco. I like that he is organized and very professional. Before he did anything in my mouth he explained to me all about it, so that I didn't have any surprises. This really helped my uneasiness. Before I left the dentist chair I new exactly what my treatment plan was and how I needed to procced. Dr. Potter was gentle, careful and made sure that I was comfortable during the visit when he replaced my silver crown and couple fillings.
The staff at his office are great too. Arlene, the office manager was very helpful with the insurance claims, and not to mention very cheerful and friendly.
