My Experience:
Duration: Back in his CA days, he was always selling procedures, even when they weren't necessary. He talked me into replacing a sound but not particularly perfect looking crown. I agreed to it. When he removed the existing crown, he compromised the root requiring 3 additional root canals to save the tooth. Whaley knew what he had done and I heard him say "uh oh" when it happened. All I got from him was a letter in legal language asserting his innocence. I should have sued him. Better just to steer clear.
