Do NOT go to this office if you are using INSURANCE. If there is any problems with the insurance collection, you get NO help and you will be turned over to collection without notification....My initial experience with the office staff was positive. Insurance was billed and payment received, then insurance company demanded refund claiming I wasn't covered. Judy (former office manager) was courteous and helpful. She informed me that she would refile after I corrected insurance's error. Unfortunately, she quit before doing that. Her replacement was extremely rude. I sent proof of insurance coverage from the company to their office, but she was so intent on showing her dominance over the consumer, that she ended any chances for my assistance in getting payment from the insurance.
