About Front Desk: Whoever is in charge of the insurance filing sucks! I specifically provided my updated insurance information but the staff filed with my previous insurance instead. Then proceeded to tell me that I have to pay th balance that was referred to collections before I can make another appointment with them. NOT happening. That is your f-up!
About Hygienist: Great service. Wait time wasn't too bad. Friendly and personable hygienist.

very satisfied at first never had problems until it was time for me to make appts and twice i could not come in due to my children were sick, they got upset and stated I could not make anymore appt i needed to call the day of.
The receptionist over talked me not really concern that I was going to look elsewhere for another Dentist, they did not want to work with me. I have never, ever had a dr or dentist deny because I had to resedule. I
work for a big company and i will be sure to let everyone know I had a poor outcome in the time of need. How would i know my children were going to get sick!!
I have found a dentist office that is very customer friendly! Thank you!!

Unfriendly dentist and staff run patients through like cattle through chutes. Rush-rush-rush, unpleasant atmosphere. No one smiles or laughs- seems like that's not allowed in this office. Dr. Moore seems more interested in trying to scare you into unnecessary expensive dental options than in saving teeth. Someone needs to tell him that your teeth belong to you, not to him Someone also needs to teach him and his staff how to be pleasant and human rather than unpleasant and mechanical. While the quality of the work performed is good, it's not great. You can get as good or better elsewhere without the hassles of dealing with the dull never-smiling doctor and staff. Office decor is nice, too bad the people in it aren't as good as the furnishings. I put up with this nonsense for years before learning that my insurance allows me to get better treatment and dental care without the unfriendly rush-rush-rush, pull-those-teeth and pay us money attitude of this place. I am very glad to be leaving this place behind. There are lots of other dentists and dental offices that are better, and I will never ever go to Dr. Moore again for anything. Good riddance.

Dr. Moore is quite an impatient man with very little doctor-patient mannerism. In fact, I would say he is actually quite rude in his behavior. He seems to want the patient to accept his work with little or not complaint, even when the patient is not satisfied. He pulls on patient's head sharply to position them, rather than calmly stating to them how he would like for them to position themselves. While working on the cosmetic denture he can be heard sighing and gasping loudly whilst he is chipping, sawing and banging away at the appliance, cutting an whittling and swearing under his breath, but still loud enough to be heard........a very uncomfortable feeling indeed.

About Hygienist: The hygienist and assistants appear to be afraid of the doctor and look as though they are about to run because they seem so scared of doing something wrong.

Do NOT go to this office if you are using INSURANCE. If there is any problems with the insurance collection, you get NO help and you will be turned over to collection without notification....My initial experience with the office staff was positive. Insurance was billed and payment received, then insurance company demanded refund claiming I wasn't covered. Judy (former office manager) was courteous and helpful. She informed me that she would refile after I corrected insurance's error. Unfortunately, she quit before doing that. Her replacement was extremely rude. I sent proof of insurance coverage from the company to their office, but she was so intent on showing her dominance over the consumer, that she ended any chances for my assistance in getting payment from the insurance.

We got lucky when we moved here from Md. 10 years ago and decided to go to Dr. Moore's office because it was conveniently down the street. Dr. Moore has always been very friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable. The only dentist my 10 and 13 year old have ever been to is Dr. Moore and they love going to their checkups. That alone should be testimonial enough!

Great disposition!! Explains everything in detail and no pain! Also doesn't criticize if you aren't the perfect patient!!

Dr Moore and his staff are great!!! Ethical to the highest standard. Dr Moore was recommended by another dentist!! That says alot!

DOCTOR MOORE IS A VERY PLEASENT DENTIST. THERE ARE NO NEGATIVE REMARKS TO YOU, JUST TELLS YOU NEED TO WORK ON YOUR TEETH A LITTLE MORE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND HIM. HE WORKS WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. GREAT STAFF.
