About Front Desk: Whoever is in charge of the insurance filing sucks! I specifically provided my updated insurance information but the staff filed with my previous insurance instead. Then proceeded to tell me that I have to pay th balance that was referred to collections before I can make another appointment with them. NOT happening. That is your f-up!
