In a word, awesome!! The knowledge and expertise that Dr. Smallwood displayed was phenomenal. The smile he created for me was exactly what I was looking for. This group is the way it should be done. There is a reason why Dr. Smallwood and his team are considered the best in teh Valley.

A code used to report <em>internal bleaching</em> on a <em>per tooth</em> basis. Typically this procedure is prescribed for teeth with a history of trauma that has caused darkening of the tooth. The tooth is endodontically treated prior to internal bleaching, which is separately reported under different codes (See D3310, D3320, and D3330).
