I have never had to NOT recommend a doctor or dentist. Sadly Dr. Batres is my first. I have never experienced pain like I did recently when Dr. Batres performed a root canal procedure. His lack of personal skills didn't help either. He continually yelled at his staff and at me (the guy paying). I'm astonished that people put up with such rudeness and agony. I went to him at a friend's suggestion, after my tradional Dentist no longer accepted my insurance. Happily he has reveresed that policy and I will once again be seeing him.
I wish Dr. Batres' staff the best of luck because they truly are a great bunch. They all could find employment elsewhere.
