Dr. Beougher has been my dentist for more than 12 years.
I have had multiple crowns and all of them have involved a lot of pain. Dr. Beougher never seems to manage his time well. I would get a shot to numb me and 45-60 minutes later, after it had started to wear off, he would start the procedure. If you have an appointment, even the first appointment of the morning, don't expect it to start on time. His staff meetings start at 8, so do the appointments.
Dr. Beougher's office staff is not the best. We pay for all of our service when it is done. Even though the amount our insurance will pay is available on a standardized form, we get overcharged and always have a "refund" waiting the next time we go. At one point, we told them we had no insurance as they were continually double filing our claims. Most recently, a disagreement between my health insurance and their office has cost me $250.
We will probably not go back to Dr. Beougher after 12 years as he and his staff doesn't seems to care about customer service.
About Hygienist: All of the hygienists have been very good. I have seen 6 different ones during my 12 years going there.
