I was Dr. Freedman's patient for over 12 years. He always kept up on the latest techniques. In the past, he was available off-hours for emergencies. Recently, I developed a toothache during business hours and called in the afternoon, but his staff would not give me an appointment until the next day. In spite of the prescription they called in for me, I had very severe pain all night. It was a horrible experience. There was no apology from Dr. Freedman or his staff- he told me that people have lives and can't always be available. His staff never provided a reference for someone who could see me that same night. During the night, I was literally shouting in pain. It was an experience that I'll never forget. I am now looking for another dentist.
