I was Dr. Freedman's patient for over 12 years. He always kept up on the latest techniques. In the past, he was available off-hours for emergencies. Recently, I developed a toothache during business hours and called in the afternoon, but his staff would not give me an appointment until the next day. In spite of the prescription they called in for me, I had very severe pain all night. It was a horrible experience. There was no apology from Dr. Freedman or his staff- he told me that people have lives and can't always be available. His staff never provided a reference for someone who could see me that same night. During the night, I was literally shouting in pain. It was an experience that I'll never forget. I am now looking for another dentist.

Very clean and updated office. The only problem is all of the areas are cubicle shaped and there is no privacy, I got to stare at someone's feet while I had my teeth cleaned.
I do't know if it is because of popularity or overbooking but it is very hard to get an appointment, excpect to wait 6 months to a year.
I had to have my wisdom teeth removed, please be advised that Dr Freedman's office is Oral Hygene only they do not do any kind of Oral surgery.

I was a patient of Dr. Freedman's when I lived in the DC area from 1999 to 2002. My treatment was limited to regular dental cleanings and I was very pleased with the results. His staff of hygenists were always personable, caring and thorough in their cleaning of my teeth. In addition, his reception staff were always pleasant and accomodating when I called for an appointment or had a question. But what most impressed me was Dr.Freedman's 24 hour emergency service. He will come into the office, in the middle of the night if needed, for dental emergencies because he knows how much pain they can cause. THAT is good customer service.
