Yes, the doctor and his dental staff are outstanding, the best I have ever seen. I even fell asleep during a root canal. However, the above list of metrics fails to include how they handle the business management side, which in my view is poor.
I made it clear that I had only so much in my FSA net of insurance payments and I wanted to keep the cost of my wife's and my care to a set number and then do the rest in the following year. When my wife got there they ignored my wishes and talked my easy going wife into all sorts of treatments that went well over my budget. Their response was that the treatments wanted was up to my wife, knowing that they were taking the path of least resistance. I am so upset over this that even though they are great I will not go back.
