I made the appt. to have two fillings. I wasn't greeted upon entering the office by the 2 staff members at front desk. After filling out forms and insurance, the asst. walked back in had front desk confirm my insurance. No one still made any attempt to be friendly. I was brought back to exam room, and x-rays done. The assistant said he wanted to do just 1 tooth and it wasn't the worst one that was broken. I was the last patient. I had to ask to have that tooth done expressing my concern my tooth could break more and I'd be in pain or end up having it pulled. There was no sink, I was never asked if I wanted to rinse, even after the 1st attempt to fill my tooth came out when he pulled the floss in between my teeth and I was picking pieces of the material off of my tongue. I was scared feeling the hole in my tooth after that with my toungue. I feel that even though the 2nd attempt seemed to stay intact, I feel I need to go somewhere else to see if it's been done correct. The equipment was out dated and didn't seem sanitary. I should've walked out like my gut said when I was in waiting area. I'll be calling my insurance company asap to change dentist and complain and won't pick another one til I google reviews 1st!
