Dr. Bede and his staff are very friendly and professional. He always has a warm greeting and he recalls things we discussed in prior visits. His procedures are smooth, efficient and painless. Even the numbing injections are done skillfully and with minimal discomfort. Their billing staff members are patient and helpful. Insurance reimbursement is usually slow for them, yet they have never made it an issue with me. I have even offered to pay part or all of a balance due when insurance reimbursement is especially slow. They have always refused my offer saying it was just fine and not to worry about it. They are terrific! I always look forward to my appointments with them.
