After visiting Dr Kimberly A Chapman, DDS in Bothell WA I write this review to save others the pain and frustration of using her as a dentist.
She has no regard for anyone's time except hers. Be prepared to wait, sometimes even with the rubber dam on...and then she has to give you ANOTHER shot because she has let you set so long the first one wears off.
She has a very strict and unreasonable policy: if you have to miss or cancel an appointment she charges you $50.00. This is kind of ludicrous, she thinks her time is more important than hers.
She seems to have grown up very privileged as she cant seem to understand that not everyone can afford the “Cadillac” of treatment. She pretends to listen, but is only interested in her own agenda of up selling. She will ALWAYS find something that “needs” to be done..sealants, straightening, small cracks that have been there for a long time, that she says might break. She will not offer filling vs. crowns, she says that she can't do a filling, that is must be a full crown...again more money in her pocket.
She has a wonderful staff, at least those that have been there for any length of time. Every time I go in there, there are new people, that once you talk to them, they are hired on a daily basis from a temp agency. She has trouble bringing even the temps back because she treats her staff so awful. And due to this she ends up with temps that are very inept.
As for the front staff, every time I go in there, there is a new person at the front desk. Evidently the front desk lady often doesn't come to work, so the rest of the staff has to fill in for that person and with all the other things that she expects her staff to do, they just don't have time to greet people and treat them with kindness.
Please don't waste your time with this one.
