I took my 2 daughters to see Kimberly Chapman from 2009-2013. They received cleanings regularly over those years. In 2014, I received a bill for both my daughters visits from 2011-2013. Her office, which has major staff turnover, claims that over all that time I refused to give the girls insurance information, which is not true. I refused to pay this bill based on the fact that I DID give her office the insurance information each visit along with each time they called for the information. She sent me to collections for a bill over $2000. Saying it is my responsibility. This office looks nice but is not managed well and Kimberly will not take any ownership of this. BEWARE!!!
