Dr. Chapman is one of the good ones. She and her staff are very concerned about patient well-being and comfort. Office is clean, staff is all friendly and competent. My only issue is that when I tried to reschedule an appointment I found that her office hours don't coincide with mine, so in order to give 24 hours' notice and avoid a charge I had to leave a message on a service which said NOT to leave a message to change an appointment. It was very frustrating. However they are typically very accommodating. I have decent dental coverage from my employer but Dr. C's assistant reviewed all costs with me prior to treatment and based on my experience they are comparable to what I paid elsewhere. I have no qualms whatsoever about recommending her.
