We have taken all 3 of our sons to Dr. Wells for their wisdom teeth extraction. We could not have asked for a better doctor or staff. Very caring and attentive to their individual needs. Dr. Wells even called to check up on our sons in the evening to make sure all was well. Very happy with our experience with him and his office.

About Front Desk: The staff was very helpful and caring. You did not feel like you were bothering them when you called. Made sure all of our questions were answered.

I was recommended to this office by my dentist to have a tooth extracted and the experience was terrible! I am a heart patient with very serious complications and require a high level of care. The office experience was the worst of any I have experienced. I was seen 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment and when I was taken to the exam room, I waited an additional 45 minutes to be seen. An office assistant did come to the room to notify me that the Dr would be in shortly, but it took 30 minutes for her to do so. I saw the Dr and we scheduled an appointment. As I stated, I require a little more leg work than most and needed medical clearance from my cardiology team. It took a full week for the staff to obtain this clearance and they wouldn't take the cardiologists clearance. They required clearance from my primary care physician as well, who has nothing to do with my heart problem. Just a lot of wasted time!

About Front Desk: The rudest employee I have ever experienced is the gentleman who runs the front counter. I experienced him speak negatively about patients and coworkers while I waited the 50 minutes to be seen. Then he treated me rudely when I was following up on the approval process to make sure the office had all the information they required from my other Dr's, I finally called to cancel my procedure and was asked if I would like to reschedule. When I said not at this time, the said employee hung up on me without a word. Complete lack of professionalism from top to bottom!

Wisdom teeth out. Dr. wells office worked wonders getting the insurance to pay for everything but a minimal amount. Pain was minimal, because of the great instructions that were given. A big blessing was that Dr. wells and staff prayed first before procedure. everyone makes you feel like family and very comfortable. I definitely recommend Dr. Wells and his staff.

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, they had started to bother me and would be a problem if they were not removed. I'm so glad that I was referred to Dr. Wells. Dr. Wells, takes the time to answer all of your questions and lets you know what is going on. I was scared to get my wisdom teeth out but with him I felt comfortable getting them out. I would refer him to anyone. He is a great oral surgeon.

About Front Desk: The staff is amazing and help you feel at home and make you as comfortable as possible.

I had several teeth which needed implanting and whole mouth wired due to an injury. He left 2 wires in my mouth after treatment was completed. One wire was on bottom front gum area, visible to the naked eye. Which I noticed and had to wait an extended length of time for an available appointment. Another wire was found on x-rays by my general dentist. When I called to make an appointment I was given the run -around. I was told that I would need to make a consultation visit.(Not a surgical appointment, which was needed to remove the wire imbedded in my gum!) I had insurance and paid my cost share up front. Large nice facility. Very poor customer service. Stress and anxiety did not come from his initial work it was caused by poor follow-up appointments, and the very stressful customer service. If you have evidence (x-ray) that there is a wire left in your gums, you'd think the office would want to assist in correcting the problem, not make a consultation visit to see if any follow-up is necessary.
