Read Reviews for Dr. Sharon Hill
The doctor would see us only every other visit. She is fine, but the hygienist who did the cleanings for my 6 year old was terrible. She physically held down my child, and at one time, made her gag. My daughter is an extremely compliant child, and actually likes to go to dentists. However, she was totally terrorized by this lady.

We brought my uncooperative 3-year-old son in with a infected tooth that ended up needing a root canal. Dr. Hill and her staff were the only pediatric dentists in the area that were able to help my son remain calm enough to take x-rays. Dr. Hill and her staff are patient and caring. They explained the procedures and equipment in words and comparisons my son could understand. More importantly they sympathized with his fear and helped him overcome it. My son did not like having a "sick" tooth and the many visits to fix it and fit his crown. But he never fought with me again about visiting his dentist!

I took my son to Dr. Hill for 2 routine cleanings/check-up (he had bad experience with another pediatric dentist prior going to Dr. Hill). The first one was pleasant as the dental hygienist/assistance were very patient with my son. For the second visit, Dr. Hill was actually doing the cleaning herself and she was not very patient with my son. Instead of explaining to my son the position that she needs him in for the exam (that he was not comfortable with), she forced him and made him cry. Dr. Hill basically did not take the time to try any alternatives. I felt like she was there to do her job as a dentist and get her patient out as fast as she can. I understands that she is only in the office 3 days a week and you can't get a simple phone call return after leaving them a message.

Last appt was 1.5 hours late. Appt rushed. Went to another dentist for this 6 month appt. Found out Daughter's sealants from last visit at Dr Hills (6 months ago) all need to be replaced. Sealants are supposed to last at least 3 years. Also found out daughter has cavity under the sealant . She never had a cavity before the sealants. New dentist told me I was lucky she only got 1 cavity because the other 3 sealants were in bad condition too.

My daughter was very nervous about going to the dentist. Dr. Hill's staff made her feel very comfortable and relaxed. My daughter ended up needing dental surgery and Dr. Hill preformed the surgery. We are very happy with the results. Dr. Hill was very helpful in answering my questions and calming my fears of my daughter having surgery. I would highly reccommend Dr. Hill.

Neglected to inform me that they'd no longer take my insurance in 2 days until after check up was done - insurance only pays for one annual visit. This meant we'd either have to have her filling done before end of month or get another referral from primary dentist, pay for new visit out of pocket, etc. She had stuffy nose at the time and couldn't breath well so procedure was done w/ little benefit from gas. My daughter is tough - NEVER cries at vaccinations. Had to restrain her in chair to complete filling. The worst experience I ever had.

Very unfriendly staff, was there a total of two hours and never even got to see Dr. Sharon Hill. This was my 2yr old daughters first dental cleaning and now she is terrified to go back to the dentist. Pulled another childs teeth right next to us, my daughter was scared to death! Would not recommend this facility, very unsatisfied!

Just cleaning and sealants for my daughter. Good thorough checkup. Dentists and hygenists are very friendly. Kid friendly atmosphere. Billing side of office needs some work. Insurance wasn't misfiled on both visits. A phone call fixed the problem each time.
