WOW!! Dr. Susie sure did find her calling!! She AND her staff, especially Patty, are the BEST!! They love and care for both my children as if they were their own. My son has a syndrome which requires many surgeries. Needless to say, he gets very nervous at any doctor appointment, EXCEPT Dr. Susie's appointments. They loving reassure him and gently rub his arms and head as they work on him. She always tells him what she is doing and what to expect before hand. I trust and recommend this dentist to everyone. All my sisters now visit her too! We ALL LOVE HER!

Most of the hygienists are fantastic. I happened to get a super grouchy one which seemed very counter to their kid-friendly culture. Dr. Susie speaks super slow and in only kid-terms. Personally, I prefer children be taught with proper terminology. Instead of calling it a "cavity" they call it "x", instead of calling it "filling" they call it a "y", etc. There's a whole list. There are other dentists and their style works better for me and my kids. Dr. Susie is very nice, just too juvenile for my preference. Also, diagnosis was a bit over-aggressive. Second opinion did not concur w/ the 3 cavities she said my daughter had.

This office is the most imcompetent pedatric dentist in San Antonio!! I just relocated to the area and was searching for a good dentist for my 4 year old. The prodedure was going to require outpatient surgery with full anesthesia and paperwork was supposed to be submitted and never was by their insurance rep Crissell. She is the most imcompetent individual person I have ever dealt with, I also talked with their office manager and absolutely requested to speak with Dr. Susie Hayden which she has never called!!!! I beleive the front office is not telling the Dr. anything and protecting their jobs. There is no way you should trust your child with these people as they can not submit paperwork correctly let alone do any dental procedures!!!! The thing that blows my mind is the dentist has never cared to even contact me to discuss what went extremely wrong!!!!!

My two boys were dental phobic until they met Dr. Susie and her staff. She could not have been any more loving, patient and positive with them and she explained every procedure to them and to me in simple language. Her waiting room is so pleasant and accommodating and makes the experience even more comforting. Love this practice!

My daughter and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Susie. She makes us feel so loved and cared about. I think the first time we went to her office, there was such a genuine connection that we even hugged after my child's appointment. My daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist...if it's Dr. Susie.

My child thinks of Dr. "Susie" and her staff as friends and family. I have recently referred my sister and her child to Dr. Susie. Boy, do I trust her to be referring my sister.
