Our family love to come to Dr. Santilli's office. The staff is very profesional, friendly, and educated. the care we get is wonderfull. I had Crowns done and they feel great and they look so natural. We highly recomend the practice.
About Front Desk: very profesional and accomidationg.
About Hygienist: The hyginest are great, my teeth feel grat after my cleanings. They are very good at explaining my dental health and treatment needs.

I contacted this dentist office looking for replacement veneers. Upon meeting with the staff and Jeff Santilli, it was recommended that I get a "deep cleaning" because I was developing gum disease and that this procedure should be done prior to any cosmetic procedures. While discussing the "deep cleaning" with the staff, I asked several times if the office was in network and accepted my dental insurance through MetLife and my employer, Nationwide INSURANCE. I was given confirmation that the "deep cleaning" would be covered 80/20. I scheduled appointments for two sessions to complete the procedure. It wasn't until immediately after the 2nd session that I was asked to make payment towards my $640 balance. I immediately raised the question of my insurance coverage. The response I was given was that they DID accept my insurance but they weren't in network therefore they were allowed to bill me directly without restrictions. When I brought up that I had asked specifically if the office was in network, the receptionist sidestepped the question and repeated that they did "accept" all insurance. I am a financial services and insurance professional who has carried my OH or CA state license since 2002. I was lied to. Dont use this dentist!

Dr Santilli did an amazing job on my the crown on my front tooth. The shape and color match my natural teeth perfectly!!

The office is very nice -- tastefullly decorated in muted colors with an overall soothing atmosphere. The staff is professional and friendly. Appointment reminders come in the mail as well as the telephone. I have never had any problems with the office filing my insurance or charging me incorrectly. Dr. Santilli is very nice. He was prompt and professional offering me an overview of my oral health as well as addressing potential problems and offering helpful advice. I have seen him a number of times for regular cleanings and dentistry. The only downsides with the office are the location (the road has been in the process of repair for years!!!) and they have traditional 9-5 hours which is hard for working folks.

I love the office and staff. They take care of me and my children and several of my co-workers. They let me pick my favorite TV channel to help me relax and are great with my two little ones!

Dental implants in 7 & 10 location.Love them!! Some of the cost was covered by insurance (65%).Pain was non existent.Hygenists are gentle & caring.From desk is very knowledgeable, gives estimate time it will take for appts, completes paperwork prior to appt.Linda greeted me at the door on my first visit, took my jacket & hung it in the closet.I recommended this office to a friend to have dental implants as well.The only drawback is their office is not approve by my insurance...MetLife,so I can't continue to go because cleanings & fillings become too costly.

I think the the entire office acts very professionally. Dr. Santilli is always honest and knowledgable. He has a soft touch and a positive demeanor. I've never had a bad visit and will also continue to go with this office in years to come. In fact, I have an appointment tomorrow! A TV in every room! They give me a remote the moment I walk in the door! It doesn't get any better than this office. The ladies are good looking too!! Beat that!

Dr. Santilli is not personable at all. I was uncomfortable everytime I go to his clinic. He needs to develop his people-skills. I regularly went for cleanings and yet he never mentioned nor indicated that I may have a periodontal disease. Nor did he tried to resolve this problem or at least recommend me to a specialist. I went to see a periodontist and my suspicions of having periodontal disease was confirmed. Would not recommend Dr. Santilli at all!
