I have just been to see Dr. Hay again and he is really so incredibly nice. His chair side mannder is gentle and he always is checking in with me & asking how things are going. There are never any surprises, which I like. I've had some pretty major issues and every visit ends up actually being relaxing - now what I would expect. He is very kind and makes an appt I usually am not excited about turn out to be a very easy going thing. I can't imagine a better dentist is available. Also I find the ladies in the office are very friendly and always remember to ask me about my family.

I never feel pressured by this dentist to get any work done. He gives the pros and cons and allows you, the paitent, to decide. I had a bridge, mercury filling removals, and purchased teeth whitening solutions from this office.Dr. Hay is also extremely careful that I not experience pain during any of the procedures. Additionally, he has excellent hygienists on staff. They make me proud of the health of my teeth which has made me more aware of my overall health.
