I am a elderly lady and I went in for a basic cleaning. The lady in front wasn’t there to greet you for she was somewhere off in the back. I thought she was with another patient, but I did not see or hear one. I waited about 20 minutes before I went to an examing room. No other patients waiting in the waiting room. She was not friendly and seemed rushed. The guy that did the Xrays was friendly but was rough. I am a gagger, and he was not respectful even after I told him. The “Dentist” came to clean and seemed to be inexperienced. He was very rough and kept telling me that my teeth really needed cleaning. (I had them cleaned 6 months prior). I was wondering how he would be at doing serious dental work. The front gal came in to do the polishing. I had to ask her twice for me to rinse my mouth because of the gritty stuff. At my other Dentist, it takes almost 45 minutes to clean my teeth and this took barely 15 minutes total. Not a good job. They charged me more than my insurance allowed and that was paid up front. Immediately I called my Insurance to report my experience and to tell them how the Dentist operates the business. I hoped they listened, however, I know it is all about money on both ends and not the person/patient.

I went in for a routine cleaning and was told that the one crown I had for over 10 years needed to be replaced. I had never had a problem with the crown. Now, two years later, the crown that they replaced mine with, has broken a second time. Let me say that each time I've gone in I've seen a different dentist at this facility. One time I showed up and the dentist I was scheduled to see had not shown up for work and actually hadn't been heard from in days. The crown I was sold, cost an additional $1000 over what my PPO dental insurance covered. I was assured that I was getting the strongest and best crown for the money. Clearly this is not the case.

I have been extremely happy with the care my children have received at this office. They have all been very caring and accomodating to our family's needs. Liz, who is the glue for the office, has made all necessary treatments possible, finacially and worked around our schedule. She cares so much for people's healthcare that she offered me an awesome price to bring my mom in for an exam, xrays, and cleaning. My mom has seen the same dentist for 30 years until she was dropped by the insurance. She reported back that it was a very good experience! I will continue to refer people to this office and am happy to have found them. I only hope they dont get sick of us;)

I have been a patient at Emerald Dental Practice since 2009. I am extremely happy with how quick I can get appointments. The waiting time is never long when I do have appointments. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable, friendly and they always listen to my concerns. The office always works with me and my financial needs. Elizabeth the office manager is awesome and super helpful. Always get exceptional service. This office is the best dental office I have ever been to. They all are very helpful and very gentle.
Love my front teeth crowns I had to have done due to Motorcycle accident.

I went for a cleaning for 25 dol. according o the special an a flier.
In 2 minutes I was told that I need a deep cleaning that will cost me 99 dol. I accepted. The deep cleaning took 10'. Normally( I had experience) I need 2 visit to the dentist to have that seriously done. Then she RECOMMENDED another treatment that would cost normally 550 dol. but ( because I'm so nice) she wold do that for only 250 dol..
I rushed to go out of this office and my advise to any one is
Walk away from this dentist!!!!! and also good luck to understand what she say.

Dr. Matin is so professional and an expert in her field. I moved here from out of state and needed a dentist. I have had major work done, rarely had to wait, and the results are excellent. Every time I go I notice new services are being provided such as orthodontia and teeth whitening. The whole process was low stress and I recommend Dr. Matin.

I went in to get my existing denture replaced, as well as new bridges on the bottom. Dr. Matin did not do the work, one of her assistant dentists did. She removed my remaining bottom teeth - the most painful extraction I've ever had. The new dentures do not fit my mouth - I can not eat, and they look terrible. I've been back over and over for 'fittings' but nothing seems to help. I'm also seeing charges go to my insurance for work I do not believe was completed. I would not recommend her.

I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Matins practice since she was 5 yr. I have always had wonderful experiences with Dr. Matin and her staff. Not only was she gentle with my daughter, she has always been very thorough with all of mine & my familys dental needs. We trust her and will continue to use her as our family dentist! I recently had my veneers done by her and I love them. Really appreciate it.
