I had an emergency problem having my front tooth veneer fallen out. There was no any available appointment and the receptionist (Robin) apologized a few times that they cannot help me. However, within an hour I received a phone call from asking if I can come tomorrow. Yes! Of course I can come at any time! Doctor Kostrov provided an outstanding service, explaining all the steps to be taken and made sure that I was pain-free. Within an hour I had a nice smile back to my face! What I liked the most - Dr. Kostrov goes straight to the point with the problem, finds a solution and make appropriate steps to have the problem resolved. I was also impressed that on the next day Dr. Kostrov called me asking if everything is okay with my tooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Kostrov to anybody. Also I have made an appointment for teeth cleaning

Dr. Kostrov is an excellent dentist! Friend recommended me to see Dr. Kostrov when I had a lot of problems with my teeth and I am so glad I did.
Dr. Kostrov reviewed my situation and proposed the work needed to fix all issues. Dr. Kostrov took great care of me, he put several implants and crowns, he also made two bridges. His work is a very high quality. My teeth feel and look great! I am so happy with him that I am travelling now more then 100 miles to his office for regular checkups. Strongly recommend him, he is so much better then several dentists I had before.

An implant that I had placed early last year, need a crown to be mad for the top of it. I found Dr. Kostrov on my insurance website (Aetna), and he seemed well reviewed.
The implant crown that he made for me looked GREAT! I was happy not to have a gap on my upper left molar area and can chew chicken and steak perfectly. I am still amazed at what modern dentistry can do. I was considering a bridge, but am happy I did not have to have my neighboring teeth shaved down and chose the implant.
The process was really simple. He first met with me and did an overall exam to get to know me as a patient, that went very well and he was caring and listened. My other docs seemed to like to talk over me or interrupt me as I was answering a question they had asked! All looked well, so we began simply to make me a crown. He took an imopression and some photos, and reviewed my xrays. A few weeks later I came back for a cleaning and got my crown. All feels good. My insurance picked up about 1/2 the cost of the treatment, so i was happy. I will be back in 6 months for another cleaning and am happy Dr. Kostrov is my new dentist.

To keep things simple, I have seen this doc a number of times for cleanings, fillings, and a laser whitening. Each visit he saw me right on time, no waiting, which I hate hate hate when I go to a doctor's office (did I mention I HATE to wait :). The results of treatment were good. The front desk staff were only ok. They were not the most friendly people in the world, but were effecient and professional which is fine with me. My wife's dental office in the burbs kept here wating for over an hour last week and I heard about it all night how pissed off she was, ugg. I will try to get her to come see my doc!

I have been a patient of Dr Kostrov for past 4 years. His attention to detail and knowledge in dentistry is impeccable. I have received dental treatments for root canal, crown for 1 tooth and every time Dr Kostrov made sure he explained me in detail what the procedure was about and any side effects associated with it. He also makes sure that I would be charged as minimum as possible wrt insurance.
I would totally recommend anyone to Dr Kostrov and confidently say that you wont regret it.

My temporary (flipper) tooth broke the night before Thanksgiving. Since it was a front tooth, I made an emergency call to see if my dentist would fit me in as early as possible Friday morning. Instead, Dr. Kostrov suggested I come in early Thanksgiving morning so I would not have to be without a front tooth at my planned Thanksgiving feast with family and friends. I was amazed!
Bright and early Thanksgiving morning, he met me at his office, surveyed the damaged flipper, and decided to create a new one. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Kostrov explained what he was doing. He proceeded to make the molds and fashioned a new front tooth for me in the lab right on the premises. The finished flipper fit perfectly.
So this Thanksgiving I have added to my list of things and people I am grateful for, a dentist named Michael Kostrov who was willing to work on Thanksgiving morning, and a front tooth instead of a big gap.

I saw Dr. Kostrov in May of 05. He was a very pleasant and caring doctor. I only had a few fillings done, the treatment was explained to me clearly and the work was done extremely well. Everything feels great! He realy made me comfortable with the treatment and seemed to really care, which is soo important to me.......
