My visit was horrible. She is a dentist with a stuck up attitude and treats people like she is better than them.
About Front Desk: Front desk doesnt treat you like you are their customer. They act like they are doing you a favor.

Dr. Cynthia Lynn Novak, DDS let an inexperienced & unsupervised DA use a Prophy-Jet to clean a patient's teeth, before performing an Oral Examination.
Soon, patient's teeth discolored & decayed from food and bacterial acids, with protective enamel now missing where the dental assistant lingered too long with the Prophy-Jet. Patient later scheduled an appointment, to have the Dr. review the work and raise the issue of possible damage done to their teeth. Patient arrived and sat quietly to speak with the Dentist.
After waiting over an hour in the Doctor's waiting room, nervous looking office people locked the door and a Deputy Sheriff was called in, even though the patient was sitting quietly & civilly the entire time. Dr. Novak then appeared, and completely dismissed the concept that the Prophy-Jet was capable of damaging enamel, or removing too much material from a patients teeth. A simple Google search clearly proves this wrong...
She also denied re-examining the patient, and refused to release unaltered medical records immediately when requested. In fact, she took two weeks to provide them (after repeated requests from our office), and clearly falsified them to hide the medical mishap.
Avoid this horrible "Doctor"!!!
About Hygienist: Burned thru patient enamel with a Prophy-Jet, like a logger cutting rings around the trunk of a tree, to kill it.

Dr. Novak office always seems very up to date on new proceedures and equipment. Even though I don't have insurance the office let's me make payment arrangements which helps me out because I don't want to go to another dentist. Dr. Novak is a concerned individual. She is very good at what she does and not only is concerned with the problem at hand but also is concerned with each patients whole well being. She is very caring. Everyone in the office is great!
About Hygienist: Leah and Sandy are very observant and gentle. Leah saw a spot on my face and urged me to see a dermatologist, Sandy also stated the same thing when I went back the following day for the second part of my cleaning. Dr. Novak also noticed it and said she could refer me to a good dermatologist in the area. Sandy talked to me about proper brushing, flossing and overall care of my teeth. It has made a difference in the health of my mouth

She is great and her staff is wonderful. They always bill insurance first, my daughter and I love her and her staff.

I had my teeth cleaned by her dental assistant, with one of those high pressure nozzles that shoots out a stream of baking soda. This DA removed enough of my exterior tooth along the gum line, that I could feel where it had been reshaped, with my teeth. Novak saw me after the cleaning and tapped her dental instrument against the side of my back molar that was damaged by her DA, but never said anything more than, "hmm." I stopped going to the dentist after that negative experience. A few years later, the same area that was sandblasted away by this cleaning procedure was now decaying and the tooth was in need of repair. I contacted her and they set up an appointment. I quietly sat in her lobby for an hour after signing in, and I noticed they began locking the door to the offices. Pretty soon, a Deputy Sherrif was called in and I was asked to leave the premisis. No one said a single word to me the whole time. The hurt and anger at having my teeth damaged, and then being told that there was 100% no possibility of the damage being inflicted at her facility without any medical investigation, let me greatly disappointed. Her willingness to cover up her people's mistakes is commendable, but not helpful to those in need.

Best Dentist Ever! Good staff, warm environment. You need to go to this dentist. Best experience i've ever had at a dental office.
