I've been going to Dr. Hirota for over 10 years -- the staff is great, I'm never kept waiting for an appointment and scheduling is relatively easy though Saturday book up quickly. They keep up to date with technology and preventative care. I highly recommend Dr. Hirota & his staff.

Absolutely recommend Dr. Hayashi. She is very bright, personable, and genuinely cares for her patients! First dentist that has made me feel at ease.

I have been seeing Dr Hirota for over 20 years now and have always been very pleased with their wonderful staff and services. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Dr Hirota is truly an expert in dentistry and his workmanship always pays attention to detail. When it comes to your teeth and gums its hard to put a price tag on having a healthy set of chompers..

About Front Desk: Friendly and courteous with a great smile on everyone. They really make you feel welcomed when you arrive and truly appreciate your business when you leave.

About Hygienist: Gina is awsome! Always makes sure I am comfortable while I'm under the light. A truly skilled hygienist with a very friendly personality. Always feel like I have a new set of teeth when I leave.

Dr. Hirota is very skilled and professional. His Ala Moana Dentistry is the responsible and friendly service with the best equipment.

Recently had bi-annual cleaning. I moved to the mainland 5 yrs ago and still see Dr Hirota and staff when I return home for visits. Staff ALWAYS helpful with insurance questions and manage to accommodate me even on short notice. Whether dealing with staff/hygienists over the phone or during office visits-EXTREMELY friendly and helpful!! Office is very clean-A++. Dr Hirota genuinely cares about his patients-never met a dentist so concerned!! Treatments are painless and up on the latest technology. Staff, hygienists and doctors-5 star experience!! I recommend Dr Hirota to all my family and friends!

They call it "5 year wellness assessment" Awesome. Every 5 years they take full-mouth x-rays and project out what to expect for next 5 years. Lucky me, all fillings are holding up pretty good. (done by Dr. Hirota) Before I left I got a gift for being a patient since 5 years. Everybody in the office is so nice and you really feel like a family member.

Dr. Hirota is a great man and dentist >We have referred many of our friends to him over the years. We have watched him expand and grow larger. With great results. Very professional and clean. We love him. jc & tb

A very friendly place. An additional good thing is that they explain everything they do. It is also clear that the dentist instructed all people working there about a good customer attitude. Highly recommended.
