This office is cutting edge. Dr Garza takes his time to explain the treatment that I need. In terms where I understand, along with showing and explains the x-rays. His staff is awesome. the hygienist is very thorough, the best I have seen. Front office also takes time to go over treatment and cost. All in all you couldn't be in better hands. Very happy.

I went to see Dr. Garza after seeing his ad in the Gilbert magazine. As mentioned below by another person, he spotted issues that my other dentist had not, but I am not sure how much of a priority they were. Upon retrospect, it seemed as though Dr. Garza was looking to find as many things as possible regardless of need/importance. In any event, I agreed to the service and was presented with a summary of charges that were due at the time of service. When I returned the following week, I paid the total given to me by his wife(front office billing) on the summary statement. A week or two later, I received my insurance statement and noticed the amount of the charges, as well as my responsibility, were less than the summary I was given by the office. In fact, the total charges were 20% less and my portion was almost 45% less than what I was told on the summary sheet. I called and asked about these charges and was told that I had a credit. When were they going to tell me? Wouldn't this be standard business practice for a business highly dependent upon customer service? I asked for a check and was told that the check could be written that day but it would have to be postdated for the following week. Scary.

I had one visit veneers and was it was absolutely horrible. Never get Cerec veneers on your front teeth. Best only for back teeth you can't see. They look fake...lack luster, unrealistic color and the shaping was poorly done. Go to a dentist that has the appropriate credentials to call themselves a cosmetic dentist.

I was very lucky and stumbled upon Dr. Garza. I needed to have dental work redone. My previous dentists had done horrible, pain filled dental work. I was pretty nervous, but everyone in the office did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Garza spends time with you explaining all work in detail. He also took his time with me. I never felt like he was rushed. His dental work was virtually pain free. He has completely restored my faith in dentists.
About Front Desk: Heather was wonderful. Very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Heather is an excellent member of the health care team.

Let me say that this has been the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. They neglected to tell me that they will not do a cleaning on the first visit. I was only informed of this after a full set of x rays and an 10 minute consultation on why he is the best (I prefer to be shown, not told). They then proceeded to tell me that they might consider doing my cleaning today (during the appointment that I had scheduled over 3 weeks in advance) had the hygenist not needed to pick up her children. I too have children and somehow manage to fulfill my other obligations.
I decided I would not be visitng there again so I requested my dental records to be forwarded to me. I was told they could email those to me without a problem. I had to call the next day, as I still did not have my records. I was assured again that they would be emailed to me. A few hours later, I receive an email from their office. This email did not contain my records, but instead contained a disclosure saying they would provide them to me once I paid a $25 fee. I can't begin to describe how infuriated I am by this office and their money grubbing techniques. Save yourself time and money and find a dentist elswhere.

I have never felt more cared for at any other dentist office like I do at DR.Garza's office. I've been just about every dentist office in Mesa, and I have finally found the one I will stick with forever! The service there is wonderful, Dr. Garza and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He and his staff are amazing. I have never experienced better service and have felt so at ease. I have recommended family and friends to him and will continue to do so.

This place is horrible. Do no go here! I had a veneer done and after 6 months it randomly popped off over a weekend. I called their "emergency line" and left messages and nobody every returned my calls. He then told me that's not considered an emergency and he wouldn't have come in to put it back on anyway. He said normally veneers have to be cut off but mine just popped off and it's not his fault it did. He claims he will warrant his work but he will come up with any and every excuse on why something isn't his fault and why it's not warranted. He's nice until he gets your money then he doesn't care. He's classles and extremely arrogant. He argued with me and never once offered up help or suggestions on what he could do to make it right. Then he finally said he could fix it for $$$. That's all he cares about. Poor patient care and customer service. He's absolutely the worst dentist I've ever seen. Extremely expensive for the care and job you get. Poor work and will just try to sell you on 10 other things you "need" to get done on your teeth.

Dr. John Garza provides a pain free dental experience. My friends and I had experienced dental trauma in the past. Garza's office was absolutely responsible for healing those wounds. Now we all look forward to the dentist. And since Garza's crew explains the technology and process so well, you know exactly what you get with your service everytime. Thank you so much for my smile.

About Hygienist: Lisa is the Hygienist at Dr. Garza's office. She is smooth as silk when it comes to cleanings.. She explains her process very well. And is fast and efficient in the process. I love her work!

I found Dr. Garza quite by chance. At the time we were new to town and had absolutely no idea which dentist to use. My wife was looking to have some dental work done and chose Dr. Garza from a Gilbert magazine. I asked why she picked him and she said he had a picture with for women around him....Ok then...She made the appointment and was very happy with the staff and her dental treatment. So I then made an appointment , Had my work done and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Garza absolutely stays current with the latest technology. He and his staff are friendly and take as much time as you need to help you understand all of your treatment options. As long as he is in business my family and I intend to stay with his practice.
