After eleven months, the work I paid $18,000 for upfront is still not done. Dr. Lepow and I agreed on $8,000 refund. The office manager, his son Jonathan, wrote two checks for $4,000 each. Both were hot checks. Wiped my checking out. Three weeks of absolute lies from Jonathan (I will immediately refund $4,000 on debit, didn't happen. I will wire $4,000 into your checking, did not happen.) I will be filing charges in the morning for Issuance of Bad Checks, two counts. His attitude this entire time was that I was the bad guy. Don't even think of using this dentist office.

About Front Desk: Promised return phone calls about twenty plus times. Never received a one.

This is terrible dentist, only love your $$$. The cleaning was done by Hygienist like paralegal for attorney. For 15 minutes visit the charge for dentist was $350, insurance paid $200, demanding us to pay $150. give me a break,,,bye bye lov my $$$ I hate you like I hate dishonest Hillary. Stay away and find one who you can trust...and build long term relationship...

About Hygienist: She was okay but not $350 dolla cleaning in Houston where median family income is 20th percentile.

Dr Lepow is a HORRIBLE DENTIST! He is too confused to practice Dentistry and is bad to his employees. The Assistants who did all the work, have left due to not being paid. His Associate, Dr. Jonathan Schulze has a drug charge on his record and cannot work anywhere else. Avoid Dr Lepow he is a bad person!

About Front Desk: Former staff told me, The office manager, Jonathan Lepow has filed for Bankruptcy and has numerous lawsuits against him. He is also accused of Tax Fraud by the IRS.

About Hygienist: Hygienist were great but they all leave due to Dr Lepow not paying them. Now only Temps work there.

Dr. Lepow is absolutely terrific! We started going to him when he was in the other office. He answers all questions, is very polite, is knowledgeable, never rushes even though you know he is always busy. I am very impressed with the cleanliness. I know I could find another place for dental needs that may be a bit cheaper; but, I don't think I'd ever find the quality. I really would not want anyone else for my family. I would and have recommended Dr. Lepow to many others.

About Hygienist: LOVE Irma!!! She is so gentle and thorough. Feel sometimes that Irma and Rickie are family. Would never trust my child to anyone else when she was young.

Dr. lepow is great. However, his scheduling staff for the Orthodontist and Oral Surgeon are horrible. We have had numerous scheduling issues. Apparently one staff member schedules appts for the oral hygienist and regular dental check ups, another staff member schedules the Ortho appt. and yet another schedules the oral surgery appts. In addition, We have made appts and the staff has changed the appts due to a scheduling conflict with the doctor and /or anesthesiologist. When questioned they get defensive and insinuate that we made the error. When in fact later in the conversation they admit to changing the appts because the doctors were not available. Another point Dr. Ngyen (anesthesiologist) does not speak english very well and does not read the patients chart. If you or your child have health or organ problems I would look elsewhere. Unfortunately, we are tied to this this office for Ortho reasons (invisiline) Which we had to start over due in large part to the rushed timing of the corrections in the early stages of the invisiline process. Overall the office environment is pleasant in an uncomfortable way because you feel the negative undercurrent with the office staff.

About Hygienist: Hygienist are thorough, gentle and extremely polite. Too bad we have to interact with the office staff before and after the scheduled treatments.

I always hated going to the dentist until a friend introduced me to Dr. Lepow, now all my family and friends see Dr. Lepow and he has a patient for life.

About Hygienist: Excellent hygienists, very professional

I've used this dentist for 18 years and have always been satisfied with every aspect of his practice. Very friendly, professional, and caring. I would recommend Dr Lepow's dental team to anyone.

Dr. Lewpow has cared for our family for many years. He and his staff have always been caring and concerned. They are very concerned about comfort during procedures and are timely with appointments.
