Great Dentist!! Always ready to help and helped me manage a devastating accident that rearranged and broke teeth. Great sense of humor and an excellent Dentist. She has worked with my whole family.

Great general care. I am 40 and still have a few baby teeth that Dr. gilmore has enabled me to keep healthy ( no perm. teeth underneath)

Stacy is the best dentist I have ever seen. She is known for her excellent work (I get compliments on my crowns), honest evaluations and "pain free". She never tries to sell you, and get more procedures out of you. She lets you know what is going on and does not push you into getting work done if you do not need it.
She is truly great. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and good at what they do.

Dr. Gilmore and her team have been extremely great to me throughout the years I have been seeing them. I changed dentists once when I moved to Bellingham at the age of 15. After two visits with the new dentist I decided I would drive from Bellingham all the way to Seattle to see Dr. Gilmore. She has seen me grow up and has remembered every little detail about me and my family. Her team is very caring and very gentle. Not once have I ever had a complaint. I would recommend Dr. Gilmore to anyone any day!!!

Excellent! She is so nice and remembers you year after year. She does not pressure you to have optional procedures, and gives reasonable time frames for getting work done. My new insurance plan won't let me continue with her - and I'm trying to find a new plan rather than going to a new dentist!

We were happy with several years of family treatment from Dr. Gilmore and her staff until two incidents. First, they told me I needed a mouth guard but failed to mention my health insurance would not cover it. They have been dealing with the company for years and should have informed me. I ended up having to pay $200 instead of the $400or $500 that originally shocked me but I might not have gotten one if I'd known upfront about the cost. The second incident was what caused us to leave this dentist. We received a bill that said we owed them $300 but their bright green sticker saying our insurance would be billed was on the paper so we ignored it. Several months later my husband got a threatening phone call from the office assistant saying we needed to pay right away. After many phone calls back and forth between the insurance company and the dentist's office, it emerged that the office manager had failed to send the bill to our insurance company and the filing time was up. Instead of them eating the bill because it was their mistake, they tricked us into paying. We got a polite note from Dr. Gilmore apologizing and admitting that it was their mistake but there was no offer to repay us. We're much happier with Dr. Tulay Kent!

Dr. Stacy Gilmore and her staff are amazing, her hygienists are gentle and wonderful and Stacy herself makes every appointment relaxing in a light-hearted environment. A great family practice

I am an anxious patient but Stacy put me right at ease and was happy to accomadate my needs in any way possible. Love the staff, they are awesome!!!

I have been very pleased with Dr. Gilmore and her staff. My crown was more of a necessary repair than a cosmetic option (one of my front teeth was broken in a sports accident as a teenager, and I finally decided to get a permanent crown.) The lab she works with did a beautiful job - it matches the tooth next to it perfectly. The process of prepping the tooth and attaching the crown was painless and generally much better than I had feared.

My review of Dr. Gilmore is a bit mixed. She and her staff were extremely professional and kind. I had little trouble making an appointment, but as with all dentists I have ever been to it was a bit of a wait to get non-emergency appointments outside of school hours. The facility is comfortable and clean. I want to give particular kudos to Dr. Gilmore for her handling of an ongoing problem I have with my lower teeth not getting numb despite lots of novocaine; she listened to what I had to say about my past experiences, believed me, modified her numbing strategy and for one of the first times ever I had fillings done without pain! However, I had some issues after the treatment - my fillings weren't filed correctly for my bite and I had ongoing jaw pain; I was unable to floss properly because of the contacts being too close; and while Dr. Gilmore worked on improving the situation when I showed her what the problem was, it wasn't resolved to my satisfaction. I still can't really floss properly and the jaw took months to go away. Because of this I am looking for another dentist.
